About : Utkarsh Bangla (PBSSD) scheme plays a pivotal role in the district under the guidance of District Project Management Unit. Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development, Uttar Dinajpur focuses on employment generation through training in Skill Development and Entrepreneurship activities

Function of Utkarsh Bangla Section: Organizing different Skill Development trainings and workshops in various trades/Job roles for the unemployed youth of the district to generate wage and self employment opportunities for the people and reduction of unemployment.
